From a young age, I have been captivated by the art of cooking. This passion has only grown over the years, motivating me to explore diverse cuisines and techniques that inspire my cooking today. I've ruined THOUSANDS of dollars worth of meat and ingredients over the years trying to perfect all these recipies you read about on the site and in the book. Using these mistakes over the years, I've learned from them and feel these plates now contain great bites I've worked so hard to achieve. Cooking, to me, is a stress relief from the daily grind and it brings me great joy to share this great food and now, this journey with all of you.
